This line was derived from the same tumor as WR19L (ATCC TIB-52). The cells will pinocytose neutral red and phagocytose zymosan and latex beads. They will also lyse antibody coated sheep erythrocytes. They are negative for surface immunoglobulin (sIg-), Ia (Ia-) and Thy-1.2 (Thy-1.2-). Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
